Terms of Service
Payment must be made in full through Paypal invoice in USD. If unable through Paypal, you can make it through Zelle or Ko-fi donation.
After reaching an agreement before the commission, details CANNOT be changed
No refunds will be granted. This is due to PayPal issues with my country.
I do NOT make commercial work. PERSONAL USE ONLY.
You cannot alter the artwork by yourself, or through anyone else. Ask me and me alone
Credit me wherever you post the artwork
You're free to ask for minor changes. But for bigger changes after sending the lineart will be charged and extra of 10$
I have full right to the artwork but do not own the intellectual property/characters used in said artwork
You cannot resell the piece made
If personal circumstances (illness, loss of technology, etc.) occur, I'll inform you ASAP
If the client cuts contact with me after payment without prior notice for 1 week, the commission is cancelled and no refunds will be provided
I'll constantly provide WIPs through major stages
If the commission is cancelled, I have the right to re-use the sketch for anything else
Failing to abide by these rules will result in your commission being cancelled, with no refund provided
I have the right to decline any request for any reason
By working with me, you agree with my TOS
Lobadraws/Lobaluna02 does NOT, will NOT, or EVER WILL offer NFT's of her own work. If an NFT of her work is ever displayed auctioning in an NFT website, such listing is ILLEGITIMATE through the use of STOLEN ARTWORK. If found, please report any listing to Lobadraws/Lobaluna02 and/or the auction website.
COMMISSIONS
Prepare references beforehand. This includes reference sheet/images or toyhouse, preferably in a single link
